menus
Four set menus, Carne, Pesce, Verde and Vegana, each in its own colour. Every dish carries its allergens, straight from the same menu the kitchen works from.

Every menu designed in the restaurant's own hand: printed for the tables on the night, and cut as posts for social media to sell the sittings before the festival. Drinks, the Código 1530 tequila pairing and all four set menus, with the food shot to match.

order flow
The booking flow collects everything the restaurant needs up front: the sitting, the table, every guest's menu and every allergy, then takes payment. Nothing is left to chase by email.

Every sitting shows the tables it has left, by size, live from the bookings. Sold-out sittings can't be picked.

Only the table sizes still free in that sitting. Odd numbers are handled with a +1 extra guest later on.

Guests split across Carne, Pesce, Verde and Vegana. The count has to match the table before they can carry on, so the kitchen knows every plate.

Allergies captured per person at booking, then the booker's details. It all reaches the kitchen list and the table checks automatically.

The whole booking on one card, with the terms and the leisure-booking cancellation rules as clear ticks.

Stripe takes payment on its own secure page, and the paid booking lands in the dashboard, seated on the table plan.

A branded confirmation email with the sitting, every guest's menu and a manage booking link. The booking is already in the dashboard and on the table plan.
The whole festival on one screen: capacity across 15 sittings, takings, money still to collect and VAT, and every sitting's menu split.
